Our callout fee during buisness hours is $75. During after hours (later than 8pm) and weekends the callout fee is $90

This will change depending on the type and the condition of the lock. Most locks would take 20 – 30 minutes to repair or replace - Yale lock. A mortice woudl typically take anywhere from 40 to 50 minutes.

Don’t worry! – we can help. Our recommendation is not to remove the key yourself as you may cause further damage to the door lock. Depending on where the key snap occurs we may be able to remove and repair the lock. In more severe cases the lock might need to be changed.

Yes, we recommend you to install new locks if your house keys get lost or stolen. You never know whi might have them. If copies were taken and you cannot risk your house being burgled by someone with a key.

Yes, we believe changing locks should be a priority when you move into a new home - especially if it is a rental. You can't know how many copies of the keys exist or who has possession of these keys. Also if you were burgled by someone with keys it may limit your ability to claim on your insurance.
